Singapore Math Administrators Symposium, Nashville TN USA, 24 - 25 January 2011

This symposium is for curriculum directors and other administrators in the state of Tennessee.

I gave a series of presentations on behalf of Marshall Cavendish Institute, to give the curriculum directors a sense of what is involved in effective professional development of mathematics teachers and also to update them on the recent initiatives in Singapore education with a particular focus on mathematics instruction. The sessions were titled Experiencing Singapore Math.

JUNE In June, I will be in Bangkok, Jacksonville and England. Bangkok, Thailand 9.10 June 2018 Owners and educators from S.A.M. (Thailand) have made it a point to meet with me once a year when my schedule permits. This year, I will meet them for two days to discuss mathematics teaching and learning. This is a private event.
